Your name and phone number will be visible to merchants (much like calling in a food order to a merchant) so that they may call you for order issues/updates.

Although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise that your personal information or private communications will always remain private due to unscrupulous third parties who unlawfully access and exploit that information. You are obligated for damages that may arise out of loss of control of your password, therefore, if you suspect your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password

Just go to Profile, My Account Settings and manage all of your email preferences as you see fit. We have also placed an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional email for your convenience.
